Rajasthan Royals (RR) announced the replacement for Prasidh Krishna for this season. South Africa’s all-rounder Keshav Maharaj has been opted at 50 lakhs by the franchise.
Prasidh is recovering from the surgery for which he underwent on February 23rd on his left proximal quadriceps tendon. He also missed the last season due to the injury and this year again he had to miss.
On the other hand, this impactful spinner from South Africa has played 27 T20s in which he got 24 wickets. He has the tendency to bat well in lower down the order. His addition to the team will definitely strengthen the spinning line up more in which they have Ashwin, Chahal and Zampa.
