South Africa (SA) Analysis:

This team has provided a perfect nightmare to the bowlers. When they batted first they set up their mind that they had to score a minimum 300+ runs. Their batters are in tremendous form and during the bowling they provided early break-throughs to their team. In this World Cup they already created many records and might be more coming in upcoming matches.

Quinton de Kock is looking in his best form and has already hit 3 centuries in 6 matches. He is currently leading the chart with 431 runs with an average of 71.83. He already announced that it will be his last World Cup and he is performing like that. Temba Bavuma, the leader of the side, still hasn’t shown any dominating performance. He has got quite a solid start in a few matches but unable to convert that into a big one. He is yet to cross the 50 runs mark. His highest score is 35 runs which was against Australia.

Reeza Hendricks played just two matches and was included when Bavuma didn’t play. He scored brilliant 85 runs against England. Rassie van der Dussen started the tournament with a century and has scored 220 runs till now. Except for his century he made a solid half century against England but in the remaining matches he didn’t capitalize it well and got out early.

Aiden Markram is playing in beast mode. Till now he has hit 1 century and 3 half centuries. Scored 356 runs with an impressive strike rate of 115.96. He is showing his destruction from the start and has played an impactful innings. Heinrich Klaasen has been seen in monstrous form in this tournament, having scored 300 runs with a strike rate of 149.25. Also has 1 century and 1 half century to his name till now.

David Miller most came to bat in the death overs and he has some hard hitting shown by him in this tournament. Despite his hard hitting he is yet to score a half century. Marco Jansen has been the most successful bowler from the side. He grabbed 13 wickets till now and took wickets in every match till now. Also with the bat he had scored a brilliant 75 runs against England in just 42 balls.

Gerald Coetzee played his first World Cup and was justifying his role by taking 12 wickets till now. But the only thing that needs to be worried about is his economy which is 6.95. This needs to be more economical along with the wicket taking ability. Keshav Maharaj is basically a bowler but can bat well and this shows in the last match against Pakistan where he hit the winning boundary and won the close encounter match. He took 7 wickets till now.

Kagiso Rabada has 10 wickets in his pocket. He is one of the deadliest bowlers in the world and can be more dangerous in the death overs. Lungi Ngidi also carries decent experience and is a hard bowler in the starting overs. He got 7 wickets till now and his spell against Aussies where the batters find it difficult to play against him.

Tabraiz Shamsi just played 2 matches and got 6 wickets to his name. In the last match against Pakistan he was awarded Player of the Match for his brilliant 4 wickets. Lizaad Williams played just one match which was against Bangladesh where he got 2 wickets.
