The 41st match of the tournament between Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). The match between them will start at 7:30 P.M. (IST).
In their previous encounter a perfect night mare for the bowlers as from both the sides runs were raining but SRH got the upper hand after scoring the IPL highest score to get past their own score which they created against MI.
Teams Analysis:
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB):
They are at the bottom of the table with only 2 points in 8 matches in which they won 1 and lost 7. They lost 6 matches back to back. Their bowling is their main weakness which eventually results in losing the matches. Batting seems to be a little better. In most of their matches they conceded runs close to 200 or par.
Virat Kohli is consistently performing with the bat due to which he is wearing the orange cap as he scored 379 runs and averaged 63.17. In this season he scored one century and two half-centuries. His 100 came against RR where he was the lonely fighter in the team’s batting unit. After a few disappointments in the initial matches, Faf du Plessis is comparatively in rhythm after scoring two 50+ scores in the last three matches. Till now he added 239 runs to his credit.
Rajat Patidar played a brilliant knock against KKR in the last match where he showed his blazing batting after scoring 52 runs in 23 balls. Despite hitting two half-centuries he only managed 161 runs due to his little inconsistency with the bat. Dinesh Karthik has been in the best of his form and displayed the pure character of a finisher. He has scored 251 runs in which he hit two 50+ runs. His strike rate this season is 196.09 and the best was also against SRH where he scored a super fast 83 runs in 35 balls.
Will Jacks scored his maiden IPL half-century in the last match and was brilliant in his 55 runs knock for which he took 32 balls. He is a prominent batter who likes to bat aggressively and this might help them in the remaining matches. Cameron Green and Mahipal Lomror both failed to capitalize to score runs as Green has 74 runs while Lomror has 73 runs this season.
As it is clear that they are having the worst bowling line-up this season among the teams as the best economy is from Glenn Maxwell who has 8.44 and has not played the last two matches due to failing to contribute with the bat. Yash Dayal is the team highest wicket-taker this season with 7 wickets to his name with an economy of 9.81.
Other bowlers Mohammad Siraj (10.35), Reece Topley (11.2), Lockie Ferguson (12.38), Mayank Dagar (10.14), Karn Sharma (9.5) and the remaining bowlers all have very poor economy this season. They conceded runs from starting till the end but in the death overs batters found them too easy to score runs.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH):
Out of their 7 matches they get past 200 four times. A full destruction has been seen in their batting. They already scored IPL highest scores two times once against MI and then beat their record against RCB and holding the highest total. Their batting is hard to be deceived. In their last match, which was against DC, they scored the most runs in the powerplay in T20 cricket.
Travis Head is in excellent form and is currently in 2nd place in the orange cap list. He has scored 324 runs with a blasting strike rate of 216. He has one century and 2 half-centuries to his name and his century came against RCB and might be again seen aggressive against the same opposition. Abhishek Sharma is also not far behind him in terms of strike rate, which is 215.97. Both of them give huge nightmares to the bowlers especially in the powerplay when they switch on their beast mode.
Then after that Heinrich Klaasen came to play who is also striking well with a strike rate of 198.52 and has scored 268 runs till now. He has scored three 50+ runs and the best came against MI where he made unbeaten 80 runs. Aiden Markram has performed decently till now with one half-century to his name, which came against CSK.
Shahbaz Ahmed scored his maiden IPL half-century in the last match where he scored 59 runs against DC. Abdul Samad and Nitish Reddy also provided valuable contributions with the bat till now.
T Natarajan stood top in the list from his team in terms of wickets after getting five in the last match which was also his best performance in the IPL. He has grabbed 10 wickets till now with an economy of 8.5. Skipper Pat Cummins also bowled some good spells due to which he got 9 wickets in this season with an economy of 8.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Mayank Markande were having expensive spells in most of the matches. Bhuvneshwar has 10.14 whereas Markande has 11.42 economy.
Probably playing 11 for the Match:
Pat Cummins ©, Travis Head, Abhishek Sharma, Aiden Markram, Heinrich Klaasen (wk), Nitish Reddy, Shahbaz Ahmed, Abdul Samad, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mayank Markande, T Natarajan.
