Indian Women Captain Harmanpreet Kaur doesn’t feel anything bad about what he says in the 3rd ODI against Bangladesh related to umpiring.
During an interview with Cricket paper on the sidelines of Women Hundred she says,
“I will not say that I will regret anything because at the end of the day as a player you want to see that fair things are happening. As a player you always have the right to express yourself and what you are feeling.
I don’t think I said anything wrong to any player or any person. I just said what happened on the field. I don’t regret anything.”
Harmanpreet was highly angry regarding the decision taken by the umpire during the 3rd ODI against Bangladesh. To this she fully shows his anger during the post match presentation where she criticizes the umpire for poor decisions taken. In the field also when she batted got angry and shattered the wicket with her bat.
Kaur was punished and three demerits points were received due to her rude behavior. Also she was fined 50% of the match fees and might not play the starting few matches in the Asian Games.
