Pakistan will play the first match of the Asia Cup against Nepal in Multan. They announced their best 11 for the match.
Babar Azam will lead and Shadab Khan will be his deputy. Imam ul Haq will be seen in the open along with Babar. Whereas Fakhar Zaman and will be seen in number 3 position. Iftikhar Ahmad will be in the middle order.
Haris Rauf, Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah will handle the pace department. Mohd Rizwan will be seen behind the stumps. Spin will be handled by Shadab Khan, Mohd Nawaz and Salman Agha.
It will be the Group A match. One more team in that Group is India.
Firstly the whole Asia Cup was to be held in Pakistan but due to some security issues raised by India most of the matches were shifted to Sri Lanka. Therefore they will manage 4 matches while Sri Lanka gets the remaining 9 matches including the final. India will play all their matches in Sri Lanka.
