Gujarat Titans (GT) will face Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. GT stands in first position while SRH is standing 9th in the points table.
Gujarat is on the verge for the qualification of playoffs with one win they will be in that comfortable seat. They have 16 points in 12 matches. Sunrisers are hanging in the line and with one defeat their chance for qualification might diminish. They have 8 points in 11 matches.
Looking at the performance for the of the openers of Titans they are doing brilliantly. Shubman Gill is in great form and going for the runs from the very first over. He scored 475 runs in the tournament till now. Wriddhiman Saha started the season with lack of runs but in the second half the season he was looking in beast form. Both these players sorted out the opening combination.

Anmolpreet Singh joined the team late but he provided pretty well in the opening. In his last match against LSG he scored 36 runs. Abhishek Sharma opened in the last few matches, scoring up and down in the tournament. He bowled against LSG and Pooran hit him for 5 sixes in a single over. It was a match changing moment.
Middle order for Gujarat is pretty sorted. Hardik Pandya looked great in the number 3 position. He starts playing some clinical shots. Vijay Shankar also looked in great touch. He not only scored runs but also with a great strike rate.
Rahul Tripathi’s season this year is not going well. Except his one innings, rest all the matches he did not perform up to the mark. Aiden Markram also didn’t do much in this season. He started his season pretty well but later on he wasn’t able to carry his form and strings of low scores continues.

David Miller always shows his destruction in the death overs and that gives a huge boost to the team. Against MI also he scored 41 runs in 26 balls. But still he is yet to score a half century in this year’s IPL. Abhinav Manohar and Rahul Tewatia also showed some hands in the death overs. Both of them can easily park the ball out of the stadium.
Heinrich Klassen is not only a great finisher from the side but also leading run scorer too from SRH. He made 262 runs till now in the season. He scored 47 runs against LSG. Abdul Samad who is known for his powerful hitting in the death overs, finally looked in great touch with the bat. Against LSG he made 37 runs in 25 balls.
Gujarat have a great lineup of bowlers and all their bowlers are looking great. Rashid Khan who is leading the purple cap with 23 wickets in his pockets. Against MI he shows that he can bat also and scores 79 runs in 32 balls and hit 10 sixes in his innings. Mohd Shami is not much far away from him and took 19 wickets in the season till now. Noor Ahmed also provided some breakthroughs from his wrist spin.
Hyderabad not only struggled in their batting but also in their bowling department. We can easily see in the last match against LSG, where SRH was looking in command and the required rate was above 17 but still they couldn’t convert it into a win. Mayank Markande is the leading wicket taker from SRH and took 11 wickets till now. Bhuvneshwar Kumar failed to support the team in the death overs. T Natarajan also unable to deliver his favorite yorkers and going expensive in his spells.
