CSK openers Ruturaj Gaikwad and Devon Conway both are in sublime form. Conway scored 414 runs and is 3rd in the list of orange cap and Gaikwad scored 354 runs and is 5th in the same list. Rahane is also playing his firing innings. Shivam Dube is also seen hitting the ball powerfully with a heavy strike rate. Jadeja and Dhoni as finishers finishes the innings with some power hitting.
Tushar Despande is the leading wicket taker in the season. He had taken 17 wickets till now but his economy is highly expensive over 11.
