RCB‘s batting effort is tremendous in this season as always but their bowling department mostly suffers a lot. Virat along with du Plessis provided a solid partnership at the start. They both shower runs in the team. Du Plessis hit hard against CSK showing his dedication not as a captain only but also as a great batter. Maxwell also showed his destructive innings against CSK. RCB basically depends on these three batsmen. Karthik is still not showing what he showed in last season.
Talking about their bowling they have to charge themselves. RCB mostly have to pay due to their weak bowling. Despite having big names in the bowling department RCB have to struggle mostly. Hasaranga is looking out of line and length and conceding many runs. Not only this Harshal and Siraj are also throwing away huge runs in their spells. Parnell was also seen giving many runs.

Shikhar Dhawan was not seen in the last game against LSG due to his injury. Sam Curran was given the leadership charge. It is still doubtful whether Dhawan will play the game against LSG or not.
Leading run scorer for PBKS is Dhawan who is still unsure for the game against RCB. He is in the race of orange cap. Atharva Taide came in place of Dhawan but he was out without scoring a run. Sikander Raza who played the match winning innings against LSG tries to give his best in each match he plays.
