LSG homeground advantage we have already seen in their previous matches. They remain victorious in back to back two matches and this will be their chance to make a hattrick in their home. Rahul must be very pleased with the team’s all round performance.
KL Rahul is still under performing but if he gets going then everyone knows nobody can stop him easily. Kyle Mayers started his journey with some fifties but in the last two matches he didn’t score much so there is a high possibility that he might be dropped and Quinton de Kock might shuffle him. Pooran started showing his explosion along with Stoinis, these two can be too destructive for any opposition team. Ayush Badoni also shows some finishing skills already.
Mark wood takes the command of the bowling department and gives break through in every match. Ravi Bishnoi and Amit Mishra spin duo makes some break in between the overs. Krunal Pandya also provides some help in the bowling unit.
In their last match against RCB posted a score of 212/2 with the help of three fifties in their first three batsmen. Kohli scored 61 runs, du Plessis scored 79 runs and Maxwell made 59 runs. In response to this LSG started slow and at one time they were 23/3 but the innings of Pooran (62 runs) and Stoinis (65 runs) made the way for LSG and they won by 1 wicket.

PUNJAB KINGS (PBKS) Analysis:

Back to back two losses PBKS will definitely try to turn things around. Dhawan and company have a great lineup to withstand against all odds. Livingstone is in the house but he might not play against LSG since during practice he got injured.
Dhawan is the man who shows great skills in captaincy but also in batting. He is at present the orange cap holder. His hard hitting ability always helps PBKS to post a good score. Prabhsimran also gives him great help in opening. Bhanuka Rajapaksa’s explosive show is still waiting. Sam Curran’s strong performance still hasn’t come yet. Some of these things PBKS if solved then absolutely there will be no stopping of PBKS.
Arshdeep Singh dominant performance except for the first match is still not seen. Kagiso Rabada played the last match but he needs some more matches to show his skills. Rahul Chahar tries to hold things but still his full skill has not shown yet.
Against GT, PBKS posted 153/8 with the help of small knocks of Short (36 runs), Sam Curran and Shahrukh Khan (22 runs each). Bowlers of PBKS tried to pull down GT but they won by 6 wickets with 1 ball to spare.
