RCB after a brutal defeat against KKR is back in their homeground. They lost the match by 81 runs. Wanindu Hasaranga might join the team on Monday morning but his playing possibility is still in doubt. Wayne Parnell already replaced injured Topley in the squad.

After a great start in bowling against KKR they grabbed 5 wickets and gave only 89 runs. But after that the hard hitting of Shardul Thakur and Rinku Singh KKR managed to score 204/7 at the end of the innings. RCB struggled pretty much in their death overs where they gave away 118 runs in the last 8 overs. David Willey was only economical and also took 2 wickets. Remaining bowlers were treated brutally by Shardul and Rinku.

During the chase they started well and put 44 runs in their 5 overs of opening partnership. But after the fall of Kohli and du Plessis RCB’s batting just collapsed and they fell just one after another. Whole batting lineup got stuck in the trio of KKR’s wrist  spinners. Varun Chakravarthy got 4 wickets, whereas debutant Suyash Sharma got 3 wickets and Narine got 2 wickets.
