Pitch Report for the match between India (IND) and South Africa (SA):
The match will be played at Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados. 64m and 62m square boundaries, 74m down the ground. The pitch looks dry and it’s grass-less. There are a few rough patches, but nothing alarming for the batters. A good wicket to bat on. This has been a batting paradise and huge runs can be scored in the final. Chasing might be a better option here after winning the toss.
Weather Report:
The final is under the radar of heavy rainfall as there is a 70% chance of rain. If this happens then additional 190 minutes will be added on the match day. For a proper result in the final, there must be a 10 overs each team to bat otherwise the match will be shifted to reserve day i.e. on June 30th. Again if the match result didn’t come on the reserve day then both the teams will be the joint winner of the trophy.
The highest temperature may be recorded as 31 degree celsius while the lowest may be recorded as 27 degree celsius. Humidity will be above 80%.
