Secondly, the fastest century (63 balls) by an Indian in the World Cup, breaking the previous record of Kapil Dev (72 balls). He scored the fastest 1000 runs in the WC, joining the record with David Warner. Both of them took 19 innings to reach there. Also the most centuries (7) by a batsman in the tournament.
