Australia crushed Namibia and showed one sided domination where they won the match by 9 wickets.
With this victory Aussies reached the Super 8 of the T20 World Cup. Earlier they won two back to back matches and their last win came against England where they won the match by 36 runs. On the other it is Namibia’s back to back loss and their last defeat was against Scotland where they lost the match by 5 wickets.
Namibia only scored 72/10 in 17 overs and the Aussies got the target quite easily and scored 74/1 in just 5.4 overs.

Only skipper Gerhard Erasmus showed some bravery against the Aussies as he scored 36 runs in 43 balls. He hit 4 fours and a six. He was the highest scorer from the side. Except him only one more batter touched the double digit mark and he was Michael van Ligen who scored 10 runs at the start.
Rest of the Namibia players went to the pavilion, one after the other and the whole team submitted at 17 overs.
Aussies bowlers showed their world class bowling and made the batters struggle to get runs easily. Adam Zampa led the charge with 4 wickets in his 4 overs by giving away only 12 runs. Josh Hazlewood and Marcus Stoinis both got 2 wickets each while Nathan Ellis and Pat Cummins got 1 wicket each.
In the chase a full destruction was shown by the Men in Yellow as they started attacking from the start and won the match before the Power Play ended. David Warner was the only man who got dismissed as he scored 20 runs in 8 balls.
Then Travis Head also showed his power hitting and got unbeaten on 34 runs in 17 balls, whereas the skipper scored unbeaten 18 runs in 9 balls.
