Teams Analysis

Netherlands (NED):

Out of 8 T20 World Cup, they managed to qualify 5 times. Out of those 5 times, they advance twice (2014 and 2022) from the group stage. Therefore again they might make any bigger team upset. They have some quality players and have been performing decently for a long time.

Under the leadership of Scott Edwards the team has been performing very well. He is leading from the front but needs little more time spent in this short format. He is yet to score a 50+ knock in international level and the best being 42 runs. He played 60 matches and scored 737 runs.

Vikramjit Singh the opener of the team hasn’t been much consistent with the bat in this shortest format as he managed only 175 runs in 13 matches. His strike rate also dipped down to 110.75. Max O’Dowd, the other opener of the team, is the pillar of the team’s batting. He has scored 1774 runs in 64 innings. He is the only player in the squad who scored a century for the team. Skipper Rohit Paudel has been one of the greatest hitters of the team with 1108 runs in 47 innings. He has scored 5 half-centuries till now with a strike rate of 124.91.
